It’s an SMS Add-on that connects Storeganise to the Twilio cloud communications platform. Once enabled, Storeganise can send event-driven SMS notifications through your Twilio account. This will improve and simplify the facility owners' relationship management with their customers.

Twilio has global coverage: SMS messaging is supported in over 180 countries, and Twilio offers phone numbers in 100+ countries. The Storeganise–Twilio Add-on can thus be used worldwide (wherever Twilio services operate), subject to each country’s rules.
First, enable the Twilio Add-on in your Storeganise account (contact Storeganise support if needed). In Twilio’s console, retrieve your Account SID and create an API Key/Secret. Enter these into Storeganise, enable the necessary country codes, and link a Twilio phone number. Finally, configure the SMS templates for your booking and move-in events and test that messages are sent correctly.
The current Add-on is designed for one-way notifications (outgoing SMS), and does not include handling of customer replies.
Yes. Twilio’s pay-as-you-go model means small operators can start with minimal usage, and the platform can scale to very high volumes.
