This quarter’s updates are designed to make day-to-day operations smoother. You can now recover lost bookings automatically with built-in abandoned booking follow-ups, keep tenants instantly informed through expanded Twilio SMS notifications, stay organised with a business-wide Jobs view, take more control of manual move-in pricing, and simplify billing with the ability to generate next month’s invoice in draft form.
As always, these updates will be rolling out over the upcoming weeks depending on location.
When a customer starts but doesn’t complete an online booking, Storeganise will now:
This is enabled by default. Preview or customise the email templates under Main settings > Emails.

You can now see all Jobs across sites, including user-specific tasks, on a single top-level /admin/jobs page. The job list is standardised, with an optional site display, so you can quickly review, edit, and act without switching between sites.

The Twilio Add-on now supports SMS notifications for 10+ events, covering much more than booking confirmations. Events include payments, move-outs, invoice reminders, rent changes, waitlist updates, and more.
Enable Twilio in Main settings > Add-ons > Twilio and choose which events should trigger SMS notifications.

When moving in a tenant manually from the Management Portal, you can now choose from:
The same options are available when editing rental pricing after move-in.

From the Unit > Invoices list, you can now click Create next invoice. The system generates the upcoming period’s invoice in Draft mode, so a manager can review and edit before charging.
Important: Draft invoices are not charged automatically. A manager must process the charge manually.
We’ve also rolled out several smaller—but mighty—improvements to make your workflows faster, cleaner, and more reliable:
Plus the usual performance optimizations, UI polish, and behind-the-scenes magic to keep Storeganise running better than ever.
